Step 1 - Apply

Download and fax back a Campaign Assistant application form.

Step 2 - Strategy

Your account manager will contact you within 2 business days to talk about the results you want, advise you on the best way to get them and work with you to create a strategy that fits with your budget plus get results (if you haven't already decided, your account manager will be able to guide you on how often you'll need to send emails, what time and day is best for your customers, and give you advice on how to promote and grow you customer database).

Step 3 - Set-up

Your account manager will set-up your email marketing account with a carefully selected and security cleared third-party provider that offers the types of technical features that you need (this step includes the creation a great looking HTML message design template just for you, preparing your customer database to be used for emailing, and creating a sign-up form that you can put on your website for collecting and managing customer subscriptions).

Step 4 - Message

You email or fax us (as a Word document) the message you want to send to your customers and your account manager turns it into an email message, checks and fixes any SPAM rating problems before sending it back to you as a test email for your review and authorization.

Step 5 - Send

Once authorized, the email message is made ready to be sent to your customers at exactly the right time.

Step 6 - Reporting

The day after your email is sent, your account manager will send you a report on the success of the message. They can also discuss how to improve on the results, if needed, for your next message.
